The Legionnaires are protecting a shipment of the mineral Rejuvium (which has the amazing ability to de-age a person) when they are attacked by Starfinger. Starfinger can project a different energy ray from each finger on his right hand. Starfinger has one other identifying feature:
Command Kid joins the Legion and quickly makes his fellow Legionnaires regret letting him join. Command Kid has two super-powers: the ability to generate illusions that are indistinguishable from reality (much like Princess Projectra) and super-ego. What secrets could Command Kid be hiding?
Dr. Marden King, a mad (mad as in anger, not mad as in crazy) scientist pits the Legion of Super-Heroes against super-powered youths from the planet Lallor.
This issue is less Legion and more Archie. Veronica Lana wants to make Archie Superboy jealous so she makes Reggie Star Boy pretend he likes her. No Betty in his issue (unless Zynthia counts).
Invisible Kid starts his term as Legion president. Brainiac 5 (who, along with some other Legionnaires, is stuck in the past) tries to get a message to Rond Vidar. Dragonmage brings a dire message for the Legion: Mordru is on the loose. All this and Lori Morning on a rampage!
